More than a year ago, we found out that The Walking Dead: The Game was coming, but developer Telltale Games never said what systems it was coming to. Today, Telltale confirmed that the five-episode adventure game is coming to Xbox Live, PlayStation Network, PC, Mac and iOS. The first episode will arrive in April with the next four to follow "regularly." That's pretty much what everyone expected. If you want to know what The Walking Dead's gameplay looks like, you'll have to check out Up at Noon on YouTube this Monday, March 19th. At noon Pacific, we'll post the episode and in it will be the reveal of the gameplay, a new trailer and an interview with Walking Dead story consultant Gary Whitta.

The Walking Dead: The Game is an adventure game developed by Telltale Games based on the popular comic by Robert Kirkman. The Game will tell the story of a different set of characters than the comic or television series. The main character is a convict named Lee Everett who will encounter a little girl named Clementine on his way out of Atlanta to escape the zombie apocalypse.
We haven't seen any gameplay yet, but Telltale has hinted that it will based more on difficult choices than simply shooting up zombies. If Telltale's other games are any indication, we expect the gameplay to be a typical adventure game with quicktime events.
